1. What does Wiser look for in an

Wiser is a small, family owned
business with a dynamic culture.
Employees within Wiser often wear
multiple hats and must be flexible,
creative and have the ability to
adjust quickly to the ever changing
business environment. In addition to
the required skill set in each
advertised role, we look for
individuals with the ability to
achieve in our fast paced
environment.
2. I have already forwarded my
resume to a recruiter, why must I
also apply through your website?
All candidates must complete an
application as part of the
recruitment process. This is the
only application you will be asked
to complete as a candidate for a
role with Wiser. The electronic
application becomes a signed legal
document once it is fully completed
and executed.
3. Tell me about Wiser’s recruitment
process.
Wiser has a team of dedicated Human
Resources professionals responsible
for the hiring process. We do not
use automated software to assess
candidate qualifications. Each
application is personally reviewed
by a member of the Wiser team.
Please be assured your resume will
be viewed and you will be contacted
should your qualifications meet our
current hiring needs.
4. How do I apply for a job opening?
From our Current Openings page, you
may choose your position of
interest. After choosing the
position, you will see “Submit an
Application” on the top, right hand
side. You will be taken to the
application if you click on the
“Submit an Application” button.
5. Should I include my resume and
cover letter when applying?
After completing your electronic
application, you will be given the
opportunity to upload your resume
and cover letter. In order to
include both, you will need to have
your resume and cover letter
formatted into a single document. By
including this information, you
allow the recruitment team to learn
more about your background, skills,
and reasons for interest in our
roles.
6. Is it possible to apply for
multiple openings at one time?
Yes. Once you begin your electronic
application, you will be given the
opportunity to choose up to three
positions.
7. What is the status of my
application?
Due to the high volume of resumes
received, we are unable to respond
to each application individually. If
a member of our recruitment team
determines you are qualified for the
specified role, you will be
contacted for further information.
8. Can I make any changes once my
application is submitted?
No. Once your application and resume
are submitted, you will not be able
to make any changes. Please review
your information carefully before
clicking the “Submit Application”
button.
