Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) and Construction Management

Wiser provides construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services to ensure our clients that their construction projects are in accordance with the owner’s plans and specifications. Wiser provides experienced inspectors, construction engineers and project managers for roadway, bridge, utility relocations and ITS projects. These individuals are state certified in areas that include but, are not limited to, concrete testing, traffic control, asphalt inspection, asphalt plant, erosion control and OSHA Safety. Our construction engineers also participate in the constructability review of our design projects to provide valuable input to our roadway engineers on constructability and value.
